"We loved our beautiful hotel in Bruges, just steps from the main square. Royals had lived in this building so it has some history. The bar, sitting areas and lobby bathrooms are beyond elegant. There are framed paintings and beautiful furnishings and lighting. You feel like you are in a palace. Staff was helpful and friendly. We didn’t try breakfast because we wanted to go find waffles instead. The spa rooms would be better if they were located in a more quiet area instead of next to the gym....

"The hotel was wonderful, situated in the city center, just a 3-minute walk from Manneken Pis and a 5-minute walk from the Grand Place, however, far enough as to be very peaceful and quiet. It was very clean, with a delightful scent as soon as you entered, and the room was spotless and the size of the room very generous. However, the gym facilities were outdated or not functioning properly, with only two out of five machines working. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely stay here...

"I left a wedding gift in the lobby and the concierge staff located it and let me know it was safe. They also loaned us a charger and kept a rental suit for retrieval after wedding by another guest as we had early flight. So helpful in a hectic time, much appreciated!!"
