"The hotel is lovely, the rooms are a great size and I really enjoyed the quirky decor, the bed is amazingly comfortable and HUGE. There isn’t much in the local area immediately outside of the hotel, but the tram / metro is very close plus it’s 15-20 minutes to Grand Place by foot anyway. The only downside, and it is a big downside, is that it’s very noisy. Perhaps this is just if you’ve got a room on the front of the hotel like we did. "It is a brand new, good hotel. The location doesn’t feel safe at all. After 5pm, there are people sleeping on the streets, drug dealers next to the train station. You can get an early checkin by the hour. (10euros per hour) From the reception area to the elevators you need to take an extra (slow) elevator which is absurd by all means. They charged us an extra 80€ by mistake, when I noticed as I was waiting gör my uber, they corrected it. That would have been another thing to solve from...
