"Great service. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was available daily. Our room was cleaned daily and well. I have no complaints about the property at all. One thing to keep in mind. If you don’t want any loud noises early in the morning, don’t book at this hotel. It’s right on the port and there’s a shipping yard right next to the port. "

"The hotel is located in an area with very, very crowded and narrow streets like much of Naples. The area around the hotel was noisy and dirty. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and updated inside. Parking worked out OK, but driving a van through the narrow streets was challenging. "

"Very helpfull and utterly kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. There is a huge swimming pool and a warm one. Nature does the rest: the lake and surroundings are spectacular with many possible activities. Perhaps some options are a bit overpriced."
