Penginapan di Italia

"Erika made our stay incredible! Before we arrived, she arranged vineyard tours and tastings. And she was a smiling face every morning during our delicious breakfast on the patio. I highly recommend eating at the on-site restaurant- wine and food was delicious. And a bonus that time at the spa is included- a lovely way to unwind after a long day."

"Definitely not a four-star hotel. I arrived to check in but the ladies behind the desk were more concerned about watching TikTok. I then went to my room, to find that the door wouldn’t lock. The very nice cleaner tried to help me out, but couldn’t. I was then given another room which was much much smaller than the room I had originally booked. No compensation given. The area that the hotel was in also wasn’t very nice; lots of rubbish on the floor."

"The check in process was thoroughly explained"

"娘が前に宿泊し、とても素晴らしいと聞き、今回、家族で宿泊しました。 とても清潔で、素晴らしいセンスで、リピートしたいホテルです。 朝食も美味しくいただきました。"

"Loved the rooms, spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was beyond helpful and accommodating. The steam shower was large and wonderful. The location was great, just a few minutes to the heart of Catania with shops, restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed the street markets and street food. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Very helpful staff and great view"

"The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! They answered all of my questions before and during my stay. The room was pretty clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it was located in a such a great spot on the lake. I would stay here again."

"Grazie Barbara per la tua ospitalità! Abbiamo adorato tutto della struttura dagli arredi alla pulizia alla straordinaria professionalità del personale."

"This place was amazing. The view was spectacular and it was so quiet and peaceful. Our room had floor to ceiling windows to capture the beautiful grounds and the amazing mountains and lake. The breakfast had everything you could want and the food was great. The villa had multiple places where you could relax from the pool or with drinks in the cozy indoor seating area. We had dinner on the terrace that was beautifully lit with candles and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and very...
