"Very clean room in the heart of Vernazza. We had a street view and not a water view which was fine. We were in the room to sleep only. Our room had a large number of steep steps to climb (no elevator) so if you’re not in good shape you may want to consider a different option. The blue hiking trail was a few feet away which enabled us to go to the other towns on foot and see the villages from above. Plenty of great food options in town, and a perfect spot to see the sunset was less than a 5...

They kept parking open late and provided an extremely clear and personalized instruction guide to access the property, retrieve our key, and make it to our room late at night. The area was gorgeous and the room was on a corner, very nice and clean. I would love to stay here again. "

"Urban Hive gives a whole experience. Helpful and friendly staff, clean a nice facilites. The location is also very strategic, you have Moscova Metro right outside the hotel and you can move to all Milan from there. The vicinity has alot fo shops and dinning options which makes it a great place to stay. Will surely repeat on our next Milan visit."

The Pool area and areas for outside seating near the pool are perfect spots to spend time in the late afternoon as you head into the golden hour. The staff is all professional, friendly and helpful. "Lovely decoration and atmosphere in the whole hotel. The staff is really polite, breakfast buffet has a good variety of food. The room had a balcony and everything was really clean."

" The staff of the Hotel is very friendly and helpful. Not so well is the Hotel lift, sometimes you have to a couple of minutes until a lift will pick up you. Especially if you have a handicap, it is not so nice because there is nothing to seat down. Internet is free and fast, TV has App function (you tube, etc.) The bathroom is hugh, including the cabin for to take a shower. Negative is only, you have only 2 little holder for all your towels. "
