I was unimpressed by this hotel. Not sure how it qualifies as 4-star hotel; I would give it 3 at best. (It is comparable to a Days Inn in the US). I loved how big my room was, but it felt like furniture was missing. I ate in the lounge one night and the food was okay and it was convenient, but I found better meals at a better value within walking distance nearby. I think my expectations were higher based on what I saw online, but overall, it was a nice place to stay while I was in Milan.

Service was really good everyone super nice. The only thing its a little far from the main city but its close to the train station and a 7min walk from the metro. With it being so close to the train station it was super easy to get to and from the airport. I would stay here again.

Average Hotel Needs Maintenance

The rooms need major renovation and Maintainance. The doors were making squeaky noises and hard to open. The rooms had a bad smell as well. From outside and the lobby it was good but rooms need major maintenance. The location is bit far from major attractions and the front desk are always busy so they need more people definitely. No one picks up the phone from front desk .

Nice place

The hotel matched the photos exactly. Everything was in order and met our expectations. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. There is a beautiful large yard, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The only issue we encountered was in the bathroom. The shower area had an unpleasant odor, likely due to a loose tile under the shower. Water had accumulated beneath it, and stepping on it occasionally caused dirty water to surface. Despite this minor inconvenience, our overall experience was very positive. Given the high standard of the rest of our stay, I still believe the hotel deserves a 5-star rating

I’ve stayed at this hotel before so I thought I’d stay there again as I was familiar with the transport however this time we didn’t have a good experience. Staff and lovely and the hotel rooms are amazing but every day at 7am there was little children running up and down the corridor. Maybe it was just the 2nd floor but it was horrible waking up at 6.45am every day to children when you go away to relax. On our last visit we stayed on the 9th floor and we had no noise complaints at all but this visit was not as nice as we expected

On the map, this property looks like it's right outside the train station. What you can't see is that the elevators at the train station don't work, so you have to lug your luggage up and down stairs and past a partially demolished old hotel/apartment building. We were sweating by the time we got to the hotel. Upon entering the room, we saw dirt on the floor immediately and the smell of cigarettes was so heavy. We went to the desk and they did give us a different room. The room itself was fine, but the front room with two beds did not have a TV, so while we wanted to relax and have some space after long travel, the kids had no TV to entertain them. Location was OK, if you're going to take the train everywhere, but all dining options are roughly a 15 minute walk away. The family above us were early risers, so they woke us, no real sound barrier. The staff was the highlight of this hotel for us.
