Je suis décu que l’hotel s’annonce comme hotel et spa mais il n’a pas vraiment de spa. Que des bains si tu réserves une chambre avec bain. Le déjeuner moyen.

The hotel had amazing character, the rooms were clean, breakfast was great, staff were helpful and always smiling. Would recommend the hotel too family and friends.

The hotel is ok even if the breakfast was not at high level The people at reception were very nice and helpful The location is out of the historic center but it’s very easy with the bus to get there

The hotel is in a quiet area but still fairly accessible. The room was spacious clean & well equipped. Davide the manager was very helpful & went above & beyond to get us out of a logistical problem.

Amazing stay, traveled with a family of 5 and booked the luxury suite there was more than enough space to accommodate a large family. The room came with a 2-4 person hot tub as well as a sauna not to mention a large indoor outdoor space to relax and enjoy those amenities. Parking was a breeze and free of charge. Location was tucked away in a safe location. Only 10-15 min from attractions, shopping and airport.

The room and bathroom were perfect for a short stay. But the air conditioning was not working at all and despite attempts to reset something by the staff, it was very stuffy. It was nice to have breakfast and the staff were extremely nice.

La chambre était parfaite mais le bain à remous s'allumait mal, on nous a immédiatement redonne une autre chambre avec surclassement 👍 Nous avons également pu garer notre voiture et la jeune femme a l'accueil était très pro.

The hotel arranged for a taxi to the airport the night before our flight. Our flight was delayed and I let them know that the taxi would need to be canceled or moved till later time. At first the front desk staff said no problem, but as we were eating breakfast, the manager came out and started screaming at us that we were not ready to be taken to the airport. I would have made sure we were ready if he told me that the taxi couldn’t have been canceled. He was very rude and it really made the stay very frustrating. We ended up getting our own taxi to the airport later.

Check in was great! Room was perfect. Location was nice. It was a very short walk to the strip that had bakery, fruit stand and Italian deli. We were there for one night and were hoping to grab a quick bite at the complimentary breakfast before we left. We arrived at 6:50am and staff told us we had to wait until 7am but we had the taxi waiting to take us to the airport so we did not get to enjoy the breakfast which was disappointing

The beds were comfy, but the building smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom appeared to have what looked like to be black mould :( the breakfast was not very appetizing. Eggs tasted weird, bacon was super super greasy and didn’t seem fully cooked. The best thing about this place was the parking included and the front desk staff who were amazing in recommending restaurants and who were so friendly!
