"The property was not easy to enter. I had to check in online twice first time the mail had no passwords/Pin for access the doors, second mail had but was still confusing despite working for a tech company. It took 1 hour in total to enter and it left me late for my meeting that evening. The room itself had a stained chair, TV that I couldn't work, air con, and a bed almost on the floor. The mattress was terrible, very thin and I woken up with backaches. The room itself had no desk to study and...

"Everything was perfect for me. Just something took me by surprise. There was a general blackout in Madrid for which the hotel was not prepared. No water, no power, no air conditioning, no elevator. I can understand the situation turned hard for everyone, but a hotel that values its guests should offer some kind of discount in cases like this."

Fabulous stay in Madrid

"Loved my stay at Hotel Regina. Staff are incredibly accommodating and provide excellent service. They offer early check-in (for a fee) which allowed me to enjoy breakfast buffet and nap, before exploring Madrid. The room has automated blackout shades, which made it easy to take a mid-day nap. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. Room is modern and stylish, with nice amenities and comfortable bed. "

"Title: Exceptional Stay at Barcelo Torre de Madrid I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. Our stay in Madrid coincided with Holy Week, a very busy time in the city. Despite our early arrival due to an early flight, the staff managed to prepare our room ahead of the usual check-in time. We truly appreciated their efforts to make our stay unforgettable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the variety of pillow options ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. I also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
