Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice amenities including water, ice, and good espresso machines. We arrived in the morning and were very pleased our room was ready and available for early check-in which was great after an overnight flight. Also very convenient location. I would stay here again if I returned to Madrid.

Location was the biggest draw, but the rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. Staff were extremely friendly and a bag of fresh pastries was left at our door every morning. Would highly recommend!

Had a lovely one week stay with my partner and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful and left us water and some breakfast snacks on our door every single morning. Perfectly located. Great staff, very clean and excellent location. The only issue is that the room is not sounded proof at all, all noises from outside you hear well, and there are a lot. Same with noises or voices from rooms next to our room.

Taxi drops off up the street not far from entrance which is easy to miss so look for B&B sign just past police station. The location is excellent for exploring central Madrid by foot. Hotel was very clean with breakfast (fruit, cookies, coffee, juice) downstairs and a rooftop restaurant accessible within the building. Noisy only because the nightlife is very active but it’s a very popular area. Shopping and restaurants galore.
