"They over booked and we were left with no room in the downtown area. We booked a room in November so pretty far in advance for February. We were offered a room in Smokey Mountain but it was too far. The subway didn't even go that far. Thanks to customer service rep at Hotels.com who found us a alternative room right away. "

"This is a better-than-expected find when looking to stay nearer to ATL...but not wanting to stay at the expensive downtown hotels. Definitely had an at-home feeling after short learning curve of automated entry system...the area seems ok, but there were a few sketchy-types around the area, but quick trips to the across-the-street Walgreens or Publix were easy and quick. Just a block from Torched Hop restaurant...good stuff!"

"The Sonder Hotel was spacious and affordable. The location and amenities were also wonderful."

"Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel. Also, very basic toiletries but no handsoap in the entire unit? Weird and inconvenient."

"The area is not that nice. The surroundings were messy and ppl with pets were not picking their dumps. The elevators and main hall were dirty! But the rooms were fine. Very comfortable. "
