The hotel was beautiful and located in a wonderful location with great views of the Acropolis and the Temple of Zeus. Plus the breakfast each morning on the rooftop terrace was an amazing way to start each day.

Property was lovely. Great location. Nice breakfast. Staff was surely. Ridiculous that you can’t get a cup of coffee to take to your room and sit on balcony in the lovely morning. Bathtubs need to be removed and replaced with shower stalls. The tub is so narrow we could barely stand in it. No washcloths?

This property is not well maintained or kept to US cleaning standards. It is an old hotel and could use a major set of upgrades. Views were not as advertised unless you go to the top floor, otherwise it’s just dirty run down blogs and roads

Although we purchased the executive room there were no wall electrical outlets to plug our chargers, we had to disconnect the TV. In order to free up an outlet, the hair dryer was very weak and stopped by itself after a while, we wanted to play canasta (cards) with our friends and although it’s a very large facility there were no regular height tables or proper lighting anywhere.

The property is very tired. My room smelled of drains and was incredibly noisy all night long. The breakfast although it looked comprehensive was very limited. No fruit except for a bowl of apples. The cooked items always looked as though they had been sitting a long time. The hotel is close to numerous local dining options. But really noisy.

I would stay here again.
Some people at front desk were so helpful. The room was comfortable, but not up to date as stated in the selection. We had all we needed though I would suggest that more storage for longer stays is necessary. We had been traveling for two weeks before, and basically needed to live out of our suitcase. We were here for business, but had a wonderful time. Location was amazing, service from most front desk was excellent.

5-star reception area(from the look) and restaurant - No discussion there. The room I stayed in for 4 nights where both outdated and completely lacked a finishing touch. Ceiling could definitely have used another layer of paint and the tasteless bathroom could have used some finish. Giving 25% more to stay there can’t be justified.

Great all-around hotel with an excellent location for the tourist. Superb views of the Acropolis and Olympian Zeus temple from the rooftop restaurant and bar. Highly Recommended.

Fabulous view of the Acropolis from the restaurant and close to the Plaka for shopping. East walk to other key sites and right beside the Key Tours office if you choose to take a tour.

This hotel is in the heart of city center. Walkable to Plaka, Acropolis, syntagma square, temple of Zeus. It’s location made exploring so easy as we rarely had to rely on public transportation to get anywhere. The included breakfast with beautiful views of the Parthenon were an added bonus. The room itself- on the older side but I will say the shower pressure was great and the beds were comfortable so overall the hotel earns 5 stars from me.

Zero services at the pool and limited to ONE towel per guest. Feels more like a 1-night stand hotel for people waiting to board their cruise ship, not for long-term guests. Bathtub only, no shower.

Me vendieron una habitacion con vista al Acropolis y me dieron un primer piso, lo único que veía era la copa de los árboles y pagué muchísimo por esa vista, el agua de la regadera no se iba y se armó un charco bastante desagradable, por último, no funcionó el internet y perdí un tour que necesitaba cambiar porque no pude hacerlo, experiencia bastante desagradable y el personal no ayudó en nada a resolver.

Expedia me vendió una habitación con vista al acrópolis. Me cobraron mucho por ello. Me dieron una habitación en primer piso y lo único que veía sin las copas de los árboles. En el hotel me respondieron que no era su problema y que fuera a reclamarle a Expedia la información engañosa.

This place is amazing! It is absolutely beautiful INSIDE the hotel (old money vibes and stunning architecture) but then you go OUTSIDE/ to the rooftop for breakfast and become absolutely blown away. The view is incredible. Also super close and convenient if you’re looking to grab dinner/drinks (TONS of options), walk their cute streets to do some shopping or go to the Acropolis. We walked it all within 10 minutes! Highly recommend. OH and their pool area is stunning!

This is the second time at this property. We were here back in 2009 where we upgraded our room. This time we went with the basic room and oh boy was there a difference. The main thing being the bathroom. Your basic bathroom has very basic amenities. In fact, the small bottle of body lotion had to be 100 years old since I couldn’t even get it out of the bottle. The basic tub I am not kidding has got to be no more than 18 inches wide you have to shower sideways and I am not a big person 5 foot three and 135 pounds. I could not even sit in the tub I don’t know how someone with a bigger hips could possibly do that.

This was a fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. The staff was friendly and the premises were clean and comfortable. We had a gorgeous view overlooking the Acropolis and everything we wanted to see was in a close walking distance. I could not give a higher recommendation to a hotel.
