It wasn’t the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t strong. Then when it says breakfast you’ll have to pay for it.

Amazing stay! The rooms were comfortable & quiet. The staff was super helpful when needed. The only downside was the pool being closed for our stay, but it’s fine because there’s so much to do in the area. Very easy to get around with ubers/lyfts, or even walking depending on where you are going. There is some traffic, but that’s a given for being in atl. The area is super close to downtown. The food in the area is amazing, miss it already! I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were nice. There was no room service. Upon arrival, there was not a complete set of towels in the room. The shower soap, conditioner, and shampoo bottles were all empty. One of the shower bars was broken. We had to request for the towels twice. The didn’t bring them the first time. The Garbage was never taken out. The lobby area was really nice and inviting.

Breakfast is a Starbucks, so I'm happy I did not pay for it in advance. The hotel is on the higway that crosses Atlanta, very good in terms of place, but noisy: should have double windows. They really seem to save on personnel: you have to ask for your room to be cleaned even if you stay 5 nights, as I did. There was not many people in the hotel, but that's not my problem: the day I left was the weekend and suddenly you saw personell going up and down. Not serious, this is not a Super6 price.

This was a great hotel and super convenient to downtown locations. It’s right off of the highway, and super easy to get to. Dining options in the area are fantastic! Just 10-15 minutes from the Aquarium, Coca Cola and the zoo! Only downside was the $28 daily parking fee that we were not notified about until check in. Overall, a great stay!

Phone did not work. Alarm set for time that did not want and could not be adjusted. Assigned a disability room we did not want and told we could not change. Only one hanger in closet and did not provide more when requested. loud street noise.

Overfilled garbage cans in the lobby. All elevator stops were dirty. Spilled food all over the floors. Someone needs to monitor these areas on an hourly basis. Trash cans should be next to the large tables on every floor. Why are there no mobile luggage racks for moving luggage in and out of the rooms? Young people were partying in the hall past midnight. The couch and ottoman in the room were stained and or ripped along a seam. I am guessing for the size of this hotel it is very understaffed.

My sister and I enjoyed our weekend stay and were very happy with the hotel. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean and conveniently located. Our next trip to Atlanta we will stay there again.
