"2:00 checkin was busy with a queue of 15-20 people and only 2 staff so more staff at 2:00 checkin time would be better. Actual property was gorgeous, absolutely loved it. Perfect position. We will be back if price is competitive like it was this visit. Our first time staying here. We visit Melb a lot. Stamford will be my first look but price is a major factor"

"Nice enough. Closest hotel on foot from domestic terminal - still a 14 minute walk though, and new way finding signage would be appreciated esp for an after dark arrival. Breakfast was one of the worst I've ever had, and charged at $41 on hotels.com, but $27 at venue. Like many hotels, seems a bit tired since COVID presumably took a toll on patronage and profits. Very noisey aircon in room. Clean and tidy though. Decent rom service offerings from La Boca restaurant. Friendly staff."

"The hotel is a little tired. Stayed there 20 years ago. The furniture, carpet, pictures on the wall all still the same. Needs a revamp but a great location and amazing staff. Breakfast not so good. Better value in a cafe round the corner."

"Perfect location to circular quay, stayed during first weekend of vivid and it was the perfect spot. Rooms are huge, beds comfortable and even had a balcony that looked toward circular quay which was a bonus. "
