"Spent 10 days at the sunset stay from Canada Montreal. I really enjoyed my time. The people were friendly and helpful, as well as staff. 10 on 10 for room maintenance and cleanliness. I had no issue when usually do. I was hesitant at first because of the negative reviews, but obviously they wouldn't be happy if you cancel last minute... this is a business, and id be upset to. 10 on 10."

"The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. "They had only been open 3 weeks. Things need to be adjusted here and there. The window blinds don't close completely and too much light comes in the room making sleeping difficult. I had a full moon shining on my head for several nights. The young man who manages things is inexperienced but friendly and helpful. They have installed a generator in case of power outages."
