Toilet wouldn’t flush and no water pressure in washlet, ended up fixing it myself. Bathroom had limited light, making showers kinda difficult. Location of hotel was fine and given the New Year period price was reasonable, but still 3000bht a night you’d expect better. Despite the price guest service and basic room standards...

"The hotel is very beautiful and grand, the lobby is great for chilling out and taking photos! The room was a good size for three people and we had a pool view balcony. However the staff only ever stocked the room with towels and water for two people, which became a daily annoyance of having to request extra things. The staff were not very helpful, instead of helping book taxis and not getting scammed as tourists, it seemed they were part of the scam."
