Saya kecewa dg Hotels.com krn reservasi saya tdk dikonfirm dg alasan Hotel Batiqa Bdr.Lampung blm ada kerjasama dg Hotels.com.Akibatnya saya hrs menunggu dan saya hrs membayar kembali,miskipun kemudian reservasi saya diterima oleh fihak hotel.Menurut mrk reservasi saya ada di Expedia.Koq bisa begitu.Harusnya Hotels.com memberitahu saya.

The hotel is quite new. And good job for the non-smoking! Room and toilet is clean. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast with limited choices for me (perhaps I’m a little bit choosy). There is a mosque opposite of the hotel, light sleeper might need to know this.

Suite with Deluxe Taste
Suite room service is the same with Deluxe Room, thus nothing difference except the room size. No bath towels in the room until 16.00, they said the towel have just return from laundry at that time. Funny indeed....Wifi is quite slow...
Very clean and pleasant hotel. Strongly recommend.

Good hotel, hopeless service
Had to wait for more than an hour to get the rooms. Asked for parking space and was ignored.

Brand new hotel but hopeless service.
Had to wait for a little over an hour for a group of 12 rooms to be completely checked in. Called in advance for parking space and was not prioritised nor addressed and had to park in a grassy lot about 50 meters away from the hotel and even after informing the staff that we had asked for the parking space, nothing was done about it. The only good thing about the hotel is that it is indeed clean.
