Good Budget Hotel
Considering price with room, lobby hotel, pool, parking area, over all is good. check in-out was fast, room is big enough and nearby easily find place to eat. Breakfast was great, has number of choices.

Proses check in terhambat karena ada perbedaan antara voucher dan ketentuan hotel. voucher tertulis termasuk breakfast tapi hotel menyatakan room only. proses yang lambat antara pihak hotel berkomunikasi dengan pihak hotel.com, akhirnya saya sendiri yang harus menghubungi pihak hotel.com baru permasalahan selesai. 1 dari 3 kamar yang saya pesan, kondisi bathup sudah tidak layak pakai. overall all good, great experience to stay in this property

hotelnya mewah sayang maintenancenya tidak bagus.
Kamarnya luas sayanganya pas pertama kali masuk ada kecoa. selain itu AC kamar tidak dingin dan air panas di kamar mandi hampir tidak berfungsi (hangat pun tidak), Air di kolam renang cenderung butek.

Hotel yang cocok untuk keluarga...
Hotel sudah berdiri lama dan ketinggalan gaya, dengan lift yang kecil, menggunakan AC Sentral, kalo lagi peak season jadi tidak dingin. Kelebihannya, ukuran kamar yang luas, dan kamar mandi yang lega. mencari makanan tinggal nyebrang saja, ada sate Hadori, Restoran Korea Chung Giwa, Domino Pizza, D'Crepes, dll. Fasilitas lengkap, ada kolam renang, cafe, billiard, gym, spa n massage, dll. untuk breakfast biasa2 saja rasanya, tetapi cukup variatif makanannya. Dan parkir yang luas....

바로앞에 한식당 청기와있고 치킨집도있어요 큰마트랑 편의점도 근처에있어요 소파에서는 매우 냄새남 조식 별로에요... 서비스는좋음!

Lovely hotel not far from the airport
My only negative was the massage in the spa. In general I have found hotel spas in Indonesia to be very professional. However, at this hotel, the masseuse stripped off my underwear saying it was in her way. She did not provide any type of sheet to cover me during the massage. The massage was about 20 minutes less than the time paid for and then the masseuse asked for a tip and was deeply offended that the tip I offered was not enough. Everyone else at the hotel was lovely.

Nice hotel but...
It would be 3-4 stars for me for the price if not because of the condition of the bathroom. Mould all over the place in the shower section and there was this strong sewerage leaking that comes and go in the bathroom. It was especially strong when I turned on the ventilation fan. Fortunately, it didn't reach to the room.

We enjoyed our staying in the Garden Permata Hotel but the wifi connection was so bad and unlucky for us because someone smoked in their room and we ordered the non-smoking room which we assumed that no one could smoke in that floor.

Old but big hotel with all facilities
Wifi was very weak and it was very hard to connect wifi inside room for any internet work. disappointed buy wifi and front desk at the time of checkin because i got free airport transport from hotel.com and when they saw my booking was done in very cheap price then front desk was making excuse (i.e we will make you sure that car is avaible or driver is their or not )

different room conditions after renovation
the room conditions is very different from that offered on the web, there's only 1 king bed while on the web mentioned 1 king and 1 single bed. Rooms are spacious but look like an empty field. Bathroom is very narrow, it is not comparable to the conditions of the rooms are spacious but empty. I prefer the hotel conditions before renovation
