Hotel Bintang di Lokasi Strategis
Kami pesan 3 kamar utk liburan keluarga saat weekend tgl. 24-25 Okt 2015.. Kelebihan hotel ini adalah fasilitas yg lengkap dng kolam renang indoor, fitness, arena bermain anak yg berada di satu lantai sehingga kami sekeluarga dpt beraktivitas bersama. Selain itu, lokasi yg strategis tepat dipusat kota membuat kami nyaman utk shopping dan kuliner.. Kekurangannya adalah kondisi kamar yg terlihat tua, tidak ada penjaga di tower 2 yg membuat kami sulit utk naik lift ke kamar krn hanya mendapat 1 kartu/kamar, menu breakfast yg kurang variatif, dan area parkir yg terbatas.. Secara keseluruhan, dengan harga promo yg murah dan pelayanan hotel yg cepat tanggap kami sekeluarga senang dan merasa puas menginap di the Luxton Bandung.

Good hotel
Overall experience was good. The hotel has many variety of food for breakfast and room service. The brownies cake is recommended to buy for friend and family. They should improve the wifi capability in the room.

The hotel is excellent as well as the service rendered from the staff for the level of hotel rated. Awesome breakfast buffet spread. Spacious room. 이 호텔은 걍 괜다. 방을 크고 편하다. 아침 식사 엄청좋고 맛있다. Some room for improvements: > Gym: needs more aircon and ventilation > Room amenities: some are old/broken - to check before guests checks in (eg. kettle, tv remote control battery) > Business Center: set up a side or space for business center for guests to do their work whilst waiting for check-in or check-out waiting for their next journey.

A well located hotel but in need of rescue
The room is very tired. The shower curtain is mouldy and stained. The bed sheet was discoloured, off white. The wooden floor tiling has came off but was nailed to the ground as a quick fix. Overall the room looks mediocre and does not reflect a four star or even three star rating hotel.

Very recommended hotel
booked 5 rooms for a short vacation with our family. 2 babies were with us and the hotel manager was very keen that he allowed us to reserve 2 baby cots for free. Staffs were friendly. Parking space was a concern for some guests as the hotel only has a few car park space, but we were happy as they provided a free valet service for guests. Breakfast were nice. Room was reasonably clean. The only thing we would think about before making another reservation was the terrible traffic jam right on the street in front of the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Good and reasonable hotel. All the staff are kind and supportive. Single room is good enough for 2 person. I would stay there again when I go to Bandung next time.

Good location hotel
Hotel at good location. All the staffs were friendly and very helpful with smiling face. Overall were nice and good. The room WIFI was slow, need to improve. The hotel swimming pool water look not very clean because the water don't overflow like normal standard pool designed. Hope they will take action to improve it.

コンパクトで清潔なシティホテル
部屋数はそれほど多くないと思うが、部屋が広く、トイレ、シャワーブースも広く快適。 朝食は現地食、コンチネンタルあり席数も多く混雑した感じではなかった。 エレベーターが少し少なく待つことがあった。
