Nice Hotel in Bandung
Check-in process was a bit slow. Had to wait for the room to be ready despite it was past 4 pm already. The room was very nice: spacious, comfortable, very clean with classical style furniture. Connected to big mall and Trans Studio Park.

Amazing experience at Transluxury Hotel Bandung, all staff are friendly and hospotality trained, fast service for check in and out, facility and amenities superb, great and satisfaction breakfast menu option, recomended and for sure i will be backbto this hotel

Incredibly luxurious, but I would never stay again
The Trans Luxury Hotel in Bandung is absolutely luxurious. The rooms look fantastic with great amenities. The staff is very helpful and forthcoming. The food in the restaurant is varied. And the gym is well-stocked with good-quality machines and ample free-weights. But I would never stay at the hotel again, as it is much too noisy. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, both between rooms and between floors, but mostly against the roads outside and the mosque across the road. I had to sleep with earplugs and I could still hear the noise outside. And when I was on the phone, my colleague on the other side of the World could hear the outside noise.

No complains at all about this hotel.ee didn't the breakfast as we move around to have our breakfast locally. Will surely recommend this hotel who's planning to visit Bandung

エンターテイメント性が高い高級ホテル
バンドンでは確実にトップクラスのホテルです。インドネシアにいることを忘れそうになるくらい別世界。 高級ショッピングモールや遊園地併設の複合施設の一画にホテルがあるので家族連れが多いです。特に週末。滑り台があるプールなど子供が喜ぶエンターテイメント向けホテルですね。 18階レストランはほぼ洋食でインドネシア料理はほぼ無いです。味は悪くないです。展望バーは雰囲気良く、バンドンで一番のオシャレスポットの気がします。

Room was quite well appointed. Could have a tour desk though. Breakfast service was quite poor. Food was not of international standard and was served cold to lukewarm. Staff have a habit of clearing your table even when you are not done with your meal. Don’t use the 6 or 12 hr car service. Its supposed to be at your disposal to bring you to all the places but the driver will bring you to some places like a coffee factory that gives him some incentive$. Overall a good hotel being next to Trans Mall and Trans Studio Amusement Park.

افضل فندق في باندونغ بلا منازع. ملاصق لمول ومدينة ملاهي ترانس. الافطار متنوع ولذيذ ويوجد به اصناف عربيه. طاقم العمل جدا خدوم ويلبي اي طلب. الغرفه جدا راقيه وفخمة وسيعة. يوفرون طبيب خاص يجيك الى الغرفه بمقابل مادي، ويوفرو الدواء من الصيدليه وبعدها يجيبولك وجبه مجانا على حساب الفندق ويوميا يتابعو حالتك الشخصية. بالفعل فندق فخم

Truly the most excellent hotel in Bandung!
Truly the best hotel in bandung - not only is it luxurious but the service is consistently excellent For the family, this is great as the mall and theme park are just downstairs. No need to be stuck in traffic - you can just walk around Our room included lounge access which turned out to be a very good idea - the selection is more than canapés. They have hot food, soups, alcoholic drinks. The breakfast includes ala carte orders in addition to the buffet. The manager on duty - Tedy and his staff at the club lounge were always attentive and helpful. The surprise was the cocktails in the lobby lounge! Didn’t discover it until the last day. The lemongrass gin and tonic was freshly made and excellent. We only have compliments for this hotel. Turned out to be the best decision for our family trip.

The hotel Is excellent, very nice, clean. We specially love the kids club, the fact it has people to look after the children and open until 9pm Is amazing. However some of the front desk staff and restaurant staff could do more smilling and could be little bit more friendly.

Self sufficient with a mall next to d hotel and a starbucks n coffeebean all located strategically for a quick fix. The panaromic view of the city n d mountains were such a sight to behold. Agatha one of the managers was lovely. She presented my husband with a cake at midnight as requested for his birthday. She also helpd us with the checkout in her most pleasant smile. Thank you Agatha. Samba the bartender at the lounge was another pleasant person we met. Thank you guys for ur warm service!

Amazing Stay in Bandung
Perfect location if you want to play in Trans Studio Bandung, because you can enjoy and play until the park is closed.. They also have mall so you can stroll and have culinary experience.. I think this hotel is perfect for family vacation..
