The place was fine but poor. The air conditioner is very old and it didn’t function well as needed. No breakfast and very little staff to help you.

Asia Inn behind Bumrungrad International Hospital
The building even though convenient to Bumrungrad International Hospital is becoming very dated. I've been going for 20 years there when I'm in and out of appointments at Bumrungrad International. Carpets are smelling dank now, few AC units can keep up with the heat, but room 403 probably has the best AC, the thermostat hangs in mid air by a couple wires. The safes batteries were dead, again this year after I replaced them in the same room last year, on my dime last year because housekeeping had went home. The butt sprayer on the western toilet had a leak and the bathroom floor remained wet for three days in a row. I reported it the day I got there to the front desk. 990 baht for a comfortable bed in Bangkok is not bad, but after this trip, I'm moving on.

Okay for a budget stay
Good location. Near many good places to eat, sky train. Sky train access to big malls. A 7 ellevem Nearby. Service restroom (2nd floor) very dirty. And seems to be in the janitor’s room.

Good value for money, great location.
great location. Away from the noise and the crowds, but close enough to walk to everything. Close to two BTS so easy to get everywhere. The wifi strength and speed was not really good enough. The Air conditioning was a bit dated so a little noisy. But not intolerable. Great location, good value, and good service. I would stay again

Hôtel très défraichi, (moquette très sale, salle de bains très limite) aurait besoin d'un coup de lifting sérieux Points positifs: safe dans la chambre et ascenseur. Wi Fi fonctionne bien

Economy and convenience
The staff was helpful (for example they wrote Thai language destinations for me) and allowed me to pay my deposit in AU $. The location was very convenient to both the somewhat seedy tourist area and the classy downtown central business district. The owner told me of the most economical way to travel to the airport. The low cost room I stayed in compared more than favorably with my previous trips accommodation .

Don't always trust map app.
Nice little hotel in a great location. My only problem was the location on map app was incorrect. Map app was saying soi 17 when in fact it was soi 1. I spent 2 hours in a taxi trying to find it then another hour walking and asking 'where is Asia Inn' at the map app location. Finally a motorbike taxi took me to the address and not the location shown on map app. Very frustrating.

Budget for hospital visits & business purpose
It turned out different to what seen on pictures. Located on a deserted area and faced a construction work, which never expected. It needs some major internal updating everything it's out of date, since it never met my expectation. Personally, I would've seeked alternative hotel. However, if you looking for budget hotel and attend hospital appointments or on a quick business trip then that's your ideal place.

ホテルは関係ありませんが、ホテルの前の空き地が工事中で朝から夕方までかなりうるさいです。 Wifiが思った以上に強くて良かった。 お湯の温度を最大にしてもぬるくて、せっかくバスタブあるのにもったいない。

En plus le matin tout près soi 1, il y avait des petites gargotes pour des soupes complètes et dès 17h à côté sur Sukhumvit les restos en plein air de tous les fruits de mer bon marché

Det är slitet och lite ovårdat men funkar om man bara ska stanna nån natt. Sängen var riktigt mjuk och skön. Det är ganska tyst för att ligga så centralt.

Dont stay here
The room was just about OK although very old and tired. The safe was locked open and they said that they did not have a master key to re-set it. They took 1000 baht deposit on check in, only time ever in Thailand in 6 weeks and many hotels. I leave the room to tell them about the safe not working and when I come back the cheap low quality key twists in the lock as I turn it and is unusable. They charge me 200 baht for this although not really my fault which they take out of the deposit. I have no choice. They do not, or say they do not, have a spare key for my room so for the rest of my stay I have to ask them to open the door if I wish to go to my room. They can't help me to print a boarding card because they say the printer does not work. Maybe it doesn't, but the guy on reception is rude and surly and probably can't be bothered to help. Absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed at in 6 weeks in Thailand and 4 months of travelling. My only satisfaction is that I get to write this review and hopefully prevent you from this experience.

Good stay for everybody.
Near to the skytrain station, near to the shopping center area. Lots of street food, great position for night life. Didn't have any problems with hotel. For that money is worth stying hotel.
