We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels and for some reason, this one didn’t have a coffee machine to make a latte or cappuccino. We had to park in a different building which meant if it rained you would need an umbrella. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. We had a 2 bedroom suite and loved that it was spacious enough for 4 of us. Also, liked that there was a proper dining table for all the food we ate lol. The room itself is a little dated but everything worked fine and had no other issues really. The view was very pretty at night. Staff were super lovely and helpful with any queries or requests we had. The service is second to none and most staff are English speaking so that was an added plus as we didn’t have to butcher their language trying to converse so I was grateful for that :). The hotel location is also good as it is quite close to most things we wanted to do (about 40mins from airport) but easy to catch sky train or even a bolt/grab their version of Uber from the hotel also. Also, did a tour through the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed both we had the cutest tour guides for the 2 tours we did and recommend booking through them if you want. Also, not sure if it was just because we went in the hottest month (April) and if aircon units were just struggling to get really cold because of that or if it’s cause the aircon system is quite old. But, overall, a great stay with lovely staff and great amenities. Also, the rooftop bar is super cool!

The Staff are very respectful. Zoom, the rooftop bar, with the city view is a game changer. If I ever come to Bangkok again, I know where I am staying.

This is a 2 star property. If you can afford to pay $20 more per night, please go elsewhere. Carpets are terrible- stained. Rooms smell musty. Sleeping bed and linen stinks. Bathroom has water leaks. And it stinks. The room keys don’t necessarily work. It’s just an old run down place and is an avoid if you could. Terrible experience.

Staff were super nice and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was worth the extra cost. Food is pretty much the same every day except a few rotating dishes. Location-wise, no major complaints. All attractions were easily accessible via rideshare apps. Enjoyed the pool, especially around 3pm when the building blocks the sun and you get to swim in a perfected shaded pool and avoid terrible sunburn. Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The living room, bathrom, and the dining area are renovated and exceeded our expectations. Rooms can appear a little outdated but no major complaints. Bed was clean. Housekeeping was 5/5. Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time!

I would like to say the roof top bar was unique but it was like a secret men’s club! The staircase was behind a curtain and unless you make a point of saying you want to go up to the roof they sit you outside on a tiny balcony with a few tables! Terrible customer service!

My stay at the JC Kevin was a great value! There are not many shops close by but very walkable to many things and in a nice, clean, quiet part of town. Most of the famous attractions are on average 15-30min taxi/rideshare. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was very clean and tidy, a little dated and rusty in the bathroom but for the price it was something easy to overlook! The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our party and super knowledgeable! The zoom bar on the rooftop was also nice and great staff there too. The pool and gym facilities are very well manitained with gorgeous city views, and I will dream about the watermelon blended drinks by the pool for years to come! Overall great stay and would recommend!

Hotel was great. Location and staff were great. Even got a complementary birthday cake for my daughter without asking (or informing them it was her birthday). Staff were alway on hand to help with any questions. Definitely would recommend.

フロントの方やベルボーイさん達の笑顔と親切な接客に癒されました。立地は行きたい場所にもよるかもですが、繁華街からも空港からも遠かったです。空港からはタクシーで¥4,000程。パッポン通りまで¥2,000弱。チャトチャックウィークエンドマーケットまで¥2,000弱。MBKセンターまで¥1,500位。 徒歩圏内にコンビニも無かったので、買いだめ必須です。ただ一階にセブンイレブンの自販機が設置されているので、ちょっとしたスナックや飲み物は24時間買えます。　最初に案内された部屋はエアコンが壊れていて効かず、業者来て2時間作業したあげく結局ダメで部屋チェンジしてもらいました。部屋の掃除もかなり適当でした。私はそんなに気になりませんが、気にする方にはちょっと清潔度からいくと辛いかも。一旦滞在して慣れた感あるので私はもしかしたらまた泊まるかもですが、毎日綺麗な部屋じゃなきゃダメな人は無理だと思われます。ルーフトップBARは食事のメニュー豊富で沢山頼みむしたが全部美味しかったです。夜景も最高でした。自分的には全て加味して総合5段階評価3.6位です。

My stay here was truly exceptional. The room was modern and spacious. The staff were attentive and friendly. Through with all the information that they provided for us, plus giving us some great recommendations. This is a place I would love to come visit again. Thank you for having us.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt Renovierung. Im Badezimmer lagen überall Glassplitter auf dem Boden. Alles sehr abgenutzt. Auf den Fotos ist alles neu und schick aber unsere Suite leider nicht. Der Pool Bereich ist sehr toll aber das Personal im Restaurant leider nicht. Ich habe erst 20 Minuten nach dem Essen mein Getränk bekommen trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen. Die Dachterrasse ist schön aber teuer. Man kommt von dort leider schlecht weg. Nur mit Taxi und laufen bei den Temperaturen ist mit Kleinkind nicht möglich.

Although we were not good at speaking, the kindness of the hotel staff made our experience very fulfilling. I was more than satisfied with the sauna, spa, and gym. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again when I come to Bangkok.
