Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig und der Frühstücks-Service unterirdisch. Man musste nach Besteck fragen und eine zweite Tasse Kaffee gab es nur auf Nachfrage.

The Oriental Heritage Residence was a fantastic stay in Bangkok! The staff, especially Betty, were exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel is located close to ICONSIAM from Pier Bangkak (a 3-mn boat ride for 6 baht) behind the Post Office. ICONSIAM offered amazing shopping, food and entertainment options. From the hotel, Chinatown is easily accessible on foot; Betty gave us clear directions. But here's a hidden gem I discovered: Ma's Roast, a fantastic Chinese/Hongkongers restaurant down the street. Make sure to try it out for some incredible food! The owners are fantastic as well.

Two nights in Bangkok
This is the seccond time I stayed in the hotel. Very satisfied again. Tje only downside was that breakfast starts at 0800 in the morning. For me that wad to late because of flying out. But again, very nine hotell with greit staff.

The hotel offers great value for money, especially for solo travelers. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and divided into two parts by a curtain: the bed area, and the bathroom with a WC area. The bed was comfortable. However, as some guests have mentioned in their reviews the shower had some issues. I found it impossible to adjust the water temperature, and it was either too hot or too cold. When I brought this up during check-out, the staff informed me that there was a switch to adjust the temperature hidden somewhere, but it was too late for me to try it. If you need extra workspace, you can visit the brand-new Starbucks located inside the postal office building next to the hotel. Additionally, the Icon Siam shopping mall is within walking distance, but you'll need to take the shuttle boat by the river to get there (which is fun).

Perfect location
The hotel is a small hotel with a perfect location. Room are very nice, it’s clean and it's a nice cafe in the reception. The price is cheap and I will for sure go back again whenever I go to Bangkok.

The location was good with many things to see and do nearby and walking distance. We got a room facing away from the Main Street and it was quiet. Staff were great and very helpful. The room was fine except no closet or luggage rack. The bathroom is unique and drapery separates it from the bedroom area. Be sure not to dirty linens or break anything; they have a long list of items you’ll be charged for. We enjoyed our stay and the reasonably priced stay.

When you first arrive at the hotel, it doesn't look friendly, but the staff and room were very nice and relaxing.

The only one I like was the kind staff. Everything else was closer to a plain Inn rather than a hotel. The worst thing was the shower water. Pressure wasn't good enough and, even worse, it was impossible to adjust temperature of water. Too hot or too cold.

Tolles Hotel mit super Anbindung an die Speedboote und Skytrain, schöne Nightmarkets in der Umgebung und das Personal ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend - das Englisch für thailändische Verhältnisse ist sehr gut. Ebenso das Frühstück. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Toilette/Dusche sind komplett verglast und es gibt nur eine Tür ( ergo: geschlossene Dusche oder geschlossenes Klo) - wenn man zu zweit im Zimmer ist, muss man sich kennen - man hört und sieht praktisch alles.. sonst aber alles prima

スタンダードの部屋に2泊しました。 どのスタッフも笑顔で気持ちの良い対応です。 部屋は清潔でお洒落ですが、ガラス張りのシャワー室とトイレはベッドで過ごす際にはなんとなく違和感がありました。カーテンで仕切ることができるようになっています。 また、滞在した部屋は通りに面していて、夜遅くまで車の音が気になりました。

トイレとシャワー室がガラス張りでシャワーの水がトイレの床に流れ込む。 しかし、インテリアはおしゃれで、船着場までも歩けて便利なロケーションでした。 ウェルカムティーもお花のお茶でオリエンタルでした。スタッフの笑顔も素敵でした。

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location looked a bit dodgy when we arrived late at night, but it turns out that it is safe and conveniently located. The room is nicely appointed, but no frills. Firm and super comfy bed as well! Shower water temp required some attention to keep warm, but it was manageable and no big deal at all. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful boutique stay in a great location
Such a wonderful boutique hotel! Perfectly situated for us - we wanted to wander old Bangkok / Chinatown during the day and go out in Silom and to other more upscale parts of Bangkok at night. The hotel design is very cute and attractive, with an authentic vibe. And the staff were more than kind and helpful. I would for sure return next time I'm in Bangkok.

Noise, noise, noise
The hotel itself is nicely designed. However, the ENDLESS NOISE from the traffic was simply unacceptable. I booked the hotel for three nights and checked out after two unbearable nights. The noise of speeding cars and Tuk-tuks was nonstop throughout the whole night. I am not a light sleeper but the noise simply made my ears hurt. After the first night, I asked the morning staff if I could change to a quiet room. She did not even bother to check the system and said 'sorry, we are fully booked.' In the same evening, I asked a different staff, and the answer was that I would have to pay 600 Baht for each night to move to a different room. I refused and decided to book another hotel for my last night in Bangkok. Then, at midnight, I had to listen to the music of people doing recycling across the street for a whole hour. The sound of the truck and glass bottles was simply amazing. In the morning of the third day, they offered to let me change room. However, I was already fed up with the noise and booked another hotel. At checkout, they asked me to wait until they have checked the room before I could leave... This hotel is definitely the worst part of my trip. Of the 6 hotels I have stayed in Bangkok over the years, this is definitely a place I will NEVER ever recommend anyone. 超級霹靂無敵吵 整夜都是車聲，怕吵的人，千萬不要待

Wirklich tolles kleines Hotel
Tolles kleines Hotel, das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend. Man spricht ausgezeichnet englisch. Das ist Zimmer ist zwar etwas knapp geschnitten, dafür aber gut und modern ausgestattet! Unser Zimmer (abseits der Straße) war recht ruhig. Die Lage des Hotels ist übrigens auch ziemlich zentral gelegen ... 😊

The Oriental Heritage Residence is a great option if you're interested in a boutique-type hotel that's central to the action in Bangkok. The staff go out of their way to accommodate your needs and are very friendly. There is a small restaurant in the hotel that offers drinks (both alcoholic and non), breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The room was nice and clean and the shower setup is aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend the hotel and would happily book it again if I return to Thailand.

Highly recommended if you don’t mind walking to the nearest BTS station (Saphan Taksin). If you are also going to ICONSIAM, it is also good. Many jewellery shops in the neighbourhood.

classical hotel very convenient, lovely 7-11 just beside. not far behind the hotel you can go iconsiam via free boat shuttle just behind the CAT tower (cat tower pier) you dont have to go “si phraya ferry pier”

名前の通りのHeritageホテル
施設の古さは否定できませんが、清潔に保たれていて、快適でした。 ICONSIAMには抜群のアクセスで、アジアティークにもアクセス良いと思います。 駅からは少し遠いので、1番バスをうまく利用するといいかもしれません。 スタッフがフレンドリーで、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 シャワーの温度が安定しませんが、そこは東南アジアあるあるということで。 部屋を広く見せるためでしょうが、トイレもシャワーもガラス張りなので、カーテンがあるとはいえ、友達とは来ないかも。
