"Overall, our favourite hotel in Bali despite the weather (unfortunately it was rainy season). The resort is amazing. The staff are very helpful. We stayed quite far from the front so the golf carts were available to help take us around. When you first walk into the room you're greeted by an amazing bathroom and coffee bar. "Well beyond expectation. Looking at the pictures before our stay, we thought it was going to be a so-so experience because the hotel doesnt look as big as others around the area. However, our experience was wonderful! Service was flawless, quick, and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, and it truly felt like a 5 star experience.
