"The hotel lobby and grounds are beautiful. The staff was very courteous and kind! Our room was on the bottom floor Our room had a mild damp smell, and the carpet felt damp to walk on. "Valetta was beautiful. This hotel has very accomodating staff. Everything was close by. Nothing really to complain about. the only thing was that I could only order one item from the menu during breakfast and that was not enough food. but there are tons of food places so that was not the biggest issue. but everyone was super nice at the breakfast. overall, would stay again."

"Vi hadde 6 flotte dager hos The Strand. Lokasjonen er perfekt for å utforske øyene på Malta. Valetta er kun en liten båttur unna, og det er flere restauranter i nærheten som gjør at hotellet ligger bra til. Det beste med oppholdet er beachklubben Aqualuna som ligger rett over gata, og som man får gratis tilgang til når man bor ved hotellet. En dagsbillett på Aqualuna koster 30 € så her er det god valuta for pengene. Frokosten på hotellet var bra. Du har det du kan forvente av en standard...

"We picked this hotel mainly for its location and weren’t disappointed. It’s just a stroll to the ferry to Valletta and we were always able to find a parking space right outside on the days we were out exploring the island. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The choice and quality at breakfast was really good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. "
