We wanted canceling the reservation and contacted Expedia‘s customer service, spend almost a hour but just wasting our time.We stayed 4nights, no cleaning service. Humidifier filter was dirty. "We absolutely loved our stay. Very easy to get to and the room included everything you need to be comfortable. Highly recommend anyone traveling to Otaru consider staying here. Laundry facilities also available on the premises as well as room service every 3 days. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"Very comfortable for a pod hotel. Staff and amenities are very good and if you require English assistance, they have staff that can speak as well as provide English documents and instructions. I like that the lockers are right next to the pod instead of in a separate room like many others. My only minor complaint is that breakfast was served in an adjacent hotel which you have to go outside and back in to get to, which in the winter isn't the most pleasant. Also the address is really hard to find, on google first time was hard and second time, the taxis driver could find it, better to double check from your hotel, will be easier for other costumers."
