"We loved the lobby, and the entrance, and the incredibly friendly staff. We didn't like paying for parking, and the elevator broke the last day so we had to walk our luggage down from the fourth floor. Thanks!"

"The property has been nicely remodeled. The room was nice and very comfortable beds. Great bathroom and common areas. The property is in downtown Minneapolis and unfortunately the area is not what it used to be. One has to be more cautious now than before if going out."

"The place was beautiful and the breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable, even the pull out sofa bed was too. I liked how the restaurant was inside the hotel, that way you can just order instead of going out. The front deck lady was kinda rude, so the wait for registration was long. After we checked in, we decided to go to the pool (the pool was small) and the water was very salty. There were no pool towels so we had to ask for some. All the other staffs were great though. "Wonderful three night stay. We interacted with multiple staff who were friendly and helpful. We had touring bicycles along and were given a safe place to store our bicycles in the hotel. Staff were never rushed and helped us with multiple questions as we sorted out our departure on a bicycle tour. Our room was beautiful as is the large lobby of the hotel. Location in downtown Minneapolis is great for walking, cycling, and public transit. "

"Had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Great location in downtown Minneapolis. I took advantage of the happy hours and got some great wine and appetizers. The parking is on-site but it is very close to the light rail stop on the blue line government station. The gym was convenient to use. If you are going to Target center, this is the perfect spot."
