"Property is low end average condition, could do with a little more cleaning in places and bit of freshen up Drains where smelly, which made the rooms smell awful, one room had a block drain which flooded the bathroom when showered. Also we had two nights with no water for showers. One heat pump had a bird's nest in it with chirping birds! Not sure if this is heathly air to be breathing. And occasionally the pool through the night was so noisy it would keep you awake. Breakfast average. However...

"Don't stay here it's dirty and unhygienic, booked another hotel as soon as i could wasted my money. The bathroom looked like i had never been cleaned. Blood stains and holes in pillows cases. Mattress was so old that you could feel the innersprings, peeling paint etc Pictures on the website are misleading "

"We loved the property. It was quiet. Staff trustworthy and the best Pool beautiful. Room and living area perfect. Would have Iiked breakfast but only short walk to nearby cafes. Really good value for money. Taxi cheap into main shopping area Low budget but recommend highly. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Beji Ayu and found it clean, spacious and reasonably convenient for walking to shops, warung and even the beach (a bit of a hike but a simple route and interesting). It was surprisingly peaceful. The outlook across the river is a bit shabby but it didn't bother us. The real treasure is the lovely staff, Henry was a legend and we were sad to say goodbye!"

"The property next door had a dog that started its barking at 0530. The camping store next door played loud music and had people talking over a loud speaker. Could hear lots of road traffic as well. Not good if your a light sleeper."
