"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"I have stayed in this hotel for 3 times. I love this hotel because of the location! It is only 3-4 minutes away from Petronas Twin Tower, and Avenue K mall is just like 2-3 minutes away. The room is quite spacious, clean, and basically good. Breakfast menu is good, especially the juices. Loving the guava juice. The room price is relatively cheap comparing to the location they are at."

"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"Very nice and clean hotel room. good food and nearby night club along with food street. You can choose which night life you want .. LOL :-) But be carefull when you bring your children walking after working hour since so many ladies and event lady boys on the way to the street food area at Jalan Alor, it might make them uncomfortable. The hotel room is very very comfort and clean. Love it "

"Convenient hotel strategically located in the heart of Bukit Bintang area. Just a short walk to Pavilion mall (may a bit inconvenient if it's raining because have to go through outdoor walking before entering the bridge). Overall I had a nice stay in this hotel."
