"this is second time back to this hotel and different room. noticed some changes, this package include 2hr Onsen dipping session which is very relax and refreshing. Only comment was there are miscommunication between the Onsen staff and Fun Manager as my booking became 2 * 1hr sessions instead of a 2hr package. Free snacks and condiments are no more. "It was a comfy 2-Night stay for our Family of 4. Loved the strategic location - walking distance to reasonably priced eateries, and 10mins drive away fr Awana & GPO. Only downside was the futon which was damaged, covered w a sofa cover which had mites/bugs which caused me an allergy. This futon needs to be upgraded. Otherwise all else 4star rating :)"

"The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!"

"Check in is relatively easy following the procedure given; Environment and settling is nice. However, access is not easy especially there is a road closure but the hotel is not properly sign posted; Notice is given that it takes 45 minutes after switching on the water heater for hot water (which in itself is not great), in reality, no hot water is available after at least 2 hours. Hot water is available after overnight. Other defects include hair dryer is not working and access to balcony...

"Due to nation wide shutdown effective on 18 Mar 2020, the eateries offered only take-outs so my family after checking out ate the food in the hotel lobby but was told off by hotel staff. While i understand it is against the hotel policy, I thought the hotel staff could have been a bit more understanding given the circumstance."
