"Candy from the Executive Floor took care of our checkin. What a welcome. She recognized us, after an absence of nearly 5 years. (Covid etc) The Lounge was our favourite place for Breakfast, High Tea and Happy Hour, Besides Candy also Rocky and Jack looked after the super service. The Lotte is our favourite Place in Saigon fot the last 10 years"
