"We booked an executive room. It did not have any additional features above the deluxe room. If it did, we were not told about it upon check in. When we arrived in our room after a long day of travelling we were disappointed to find that it was a smoking room and smelt heavily of stale cigarettes. We were not asked on check in if we required a smoking room and did not think we would be given one as most hotels no longer allow smoking. The receptionist checking us in couldn’t have been less...

"My first time at this amazing hotel. Staff are all fantastic; room is beautiful; breakfast is best I have had in India (extensive selection of western and Indian). I requested a late check out due to late flight to Canada - so the manager (Mr Prasad) let me relax by the pool for the afternoon and I booked a spa treatment with (BiBi). Special thanks to the amazing staff which also included Shantu (front desk) and Jagan (fitness center). I HIGHLY recommend this hotel"
