"Everything about Royal Cliff is absolutely stunning. The views are unbeatable, the pool is beautiful and the service is amazing. My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. Everything else was phenomenal but the smell truly was a problem. Staff were kind and helpful but there didn’t seem to be a real solution to this...

The only reason I'm not given 5 stars is the quality of the beds in the room. I stayed in the family room which has two bedrooms. The main bedroom had one king size bed, however the bed was very hard. The other room had two single beds roll together. They were very uncomfortable and the beds moved when you sat on them. "My initial room was not up to my expectations, so I paid extra to be upgraded. My upgraded room was spacious, cleaned daily, had a balcony and views of the surrounding area. The hotel staff were professional but courteous, creating a nice friendly enviroment. "

The villa was stunning and a pleasure to stay in. The housekeeping works daily. The staff is nice worker. WiFi, fridge, TV, air-conditioning all is is good.
