"While the property is in a nice area, they are construction going on near it with constant noice around the clock. The staff is friendly and the room is cleaned everyday. They also provide you with water and some condiments for coffee which was nice. The waterfront title is kind of misleading because it's just a made made pond."

"Great location! There is a strange odor in the hotel rooms and it smells almost moldy/wet which ended up being the only thing we didn’t like. Our first room smelled very strong of it so we immediately moved. The second room smelled of smoke when we walked in (non smoking rooms but people smoke on their balconies and it blows back into the room they said) the third room was much better! "I was surprised by the property's proximity to Dubai Mall, especially on the Waitrose side. This made it easier for us to take the Metro, as well as to get necessary essentials for the apartment. The apartment itself was well stocked in terms of cutlery and cookware. The only thing I wish they had given as a matter of routine was the sponge and detergent to wash dishes. However, our housekeeper managed to supply us with those upon request. "
