I needed to change room after sleeping one night in the ”sinking” bed and having a backpain. In the other room the mattress was better (less used) and I managed the rest of my stay. For such an expensive hotel I found the service at reception very underwhelming. The lighting in the room, especially bathroom for doing makeup etc was terrible. The shower was also horrible."
