Pintu Kamar Mandi di 503
Ini adalah pengalaman pertama kami, menginap di hotel berbintang, dengan pintu kamar mandi yang bisa mengunci sendiri. Selama menginap semalam di hotel ini, kami mengalami 2 kali kejadian pintu terkunci sendiri. Untungnya di dua kejadian tersebut, anggota keluarga tidak sedang berada di dalam kamar mandi. Kejadian pertama (pintu terkunci) dapat diatasi dengan mudah oleh seorang teknisi. Sedangkan kejadian kedua ditangani dengan susah payah, selain mendobrak pintu beberapa kali juga merusak alatnya, oleh 2 orang teknisi. Unbelieveable..!!

Pretty good
Place was nice. Breakfast was okay (so, so) but the mall conveniently very close. Restaurants nearby. Rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfy.

The overall service is good but the breakfast was really disappointing. I ordered western food (they delivered it to my room, due to social distancing regulation) but it wasn’t really western at all and the taste was weird.

An overnight stay. Nice hotel reasonable rate
Hotel has a direct access to Botani Square. Gym equipment is new. Breakfast is ok. Room AC is Turning off by itself (timer was off)

쇼핑몰 근접하고 방 컨디션은 좋은데 헤어드라이기가 없네요. 런더리 서비스는 아침에 의뢰하면 저녁엔 완료가 되고... 헤어드라이기 빌렸는데 숙박 끝나기 전에 말도없이 가져가서 다시 달라고 했습니다

Location strategic but I have a mix feeling.
I would like to give full positive review but unfortunately there 2 rather negative things I would point out, hopefully management can take a nite and improve. Although we booked a non smoking room, but we enter the room the smell of cigar is overpowering. Call room service immediately and they leave a ‘neutralizer’. However maybe the smell is way too strong, it does change anything. And surprise surprise we found hotel provide an astray in bathroom (this is non smoking room right...) 🙄. The other thing... the room maybe has a thin wall, you can hear voices from next door and when people passing the room. Other than those two, we have positive experiences. The room exactly like describe in hotels.com adv. Location is good, close to Bogor Botanical Garden. Hotel in one complex with Botani Square Mall and close to the turnpike if you want to continue your journey to Puncak etc. And it seems Hotel is popular choice for people who visit Bogor, dining hall is full pack of people when we have breakfast on Sunday morning 😃👍.

보고르 지역의 가성비 호텔
보고르의 쇼핑몰 근처에 위치해 있어 접근성이 좋았으며, 전반적으로 룸 컨디션 및 호텔 전체의 상태는 나쁘지 않았습니다. 조식도 종류는 많지 않았지만 먹을만 했으며, 가격대비 괜찮은 호텔이었습니다, 다만 침구류에서 약간 눅눅한 냄새가 나고 관리상태는 약간 개선이 필요하다고 생각합니다.

Booked an Executive room. Hotel, staff and facilities are good but it must be the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at.....and I have stayed at a lot ! Slamming doors, guy sneezing in the next room, cases wheeled down the corridor and general noise. Hotel needs to look at noise reduction like adjusting spring settings on doors, carpet in passageways and better soundproofing in general.

タマンサファリへ行く車の手配について、エクスペディアを通じ、英語でメッセージを送りました。しかし、ホテルから返事がありませんでした。フロントのスタッフは、私がメッセージを送ったことを知りませんでした。 ホテルのスタッフは「タマンサファリへのタクシーを手配できない」と言い、12時間で90万ルピアの車のチャーターを提案しました。私は、それを了承しました。 しかし、この車の往路(ホテル→タマンサファリ)の運転手は、非常に悪い態度でした。私は、朝7時にホテルを出ました。渋滞に巻き込まれたくなかったからです。 でも運転手は、(1)ガソリンスタンド、(2)トイレ、(3)食べ物の売店、(4)携帯電話の部品の売店――に行きました。その間、私はずっと車内で待っていました。しかも、運転手は、携帯電話を見ながら運転していました。証拠の写真を添付します。結局、渋滞に巻き込まれたので、午前9時にタマンサファリに着きました。 この車でタマンサファリに入ることができます。でも、運転手の分を合わせて二人分、約80万ルピアを入り口で要求されました。そのため、私は1人で園内に入りました。 復路(タマンサファリ→ホテル)は、違う運転手でした。この運転手は非常に誠実で、良い人でした。 一方、ホテルの清掃スタッフは完璧でした。チップは受け取らず、綺麗に清掃していました。
