We stayed there for two nights only and were not able to enjoy much of its facilities. But we like it and will return next time when we visit Boston.

We've been Four Seasons' enthusiasts and long time customers, staying in many of their properties around the word, however, the One Dalton Street does not align with the Four Season brand. It lacks on amenities, elegance, staff training and hospitality. It almost feels like it is not under Four Seasons' management. We will continue to stay at Four Seasons in the future, but definitely not on One Dalton Street location.

Excellent hotel with impeccable, personalized service. We were here to celebrate a milestone anniversary and the staff we helpful, welcoming, and thoughtful.
