"Amazing stay. Property was beautiful with great views. The room was fantastic, clean, comfortable, the water pressure was strong and it was cool to stay in a cave. Staff was amazing and provided top notch service from the front desk to who helped with bags to housekeeping and the restaurant staff. We booked tours, the hammam spa, and airport transfers all through the hotel and they were incredibly communicative and great at coordinating. I only wish we had stayed longer"

"Heerlijk hotel en superfijn personeel! Weinig op aan te merken, maar het geluidsoverlast vanuit buiten was vreselijk. Ondanks dat we op de 7e verbleven was alles goed te horen en dit stoort vreselijk in de nacht. Op de bovenste etage zit een prachtig restaurant en we hebben er heerlijk gegeten, maar het aanbod is wel minimaal. Er is zeker niet voor een ieder iets op de kaart. Wel geweldig personeel!"

"We had an amazing stay at the Maccan Cave Hotel! The staff and service were phenomenal and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, particularly Ali and Mert. The room was very clean, comfortable and cosy. The airport transfer to and from Kayseri was organised by the hotel and they have a good laundry service too.
