"パシフィコ横浜に近く、新しくてきれいなホテルだと思います。朝食はそれなりに良かったと思いますが、ホテル周辺に飲食店がまったくなく、夜遅い時間の到着で隣のスーパーの閉店時間ぎりぎりで少し買うことができる程度でした。周辺にレストラン等がないことは、予約時にもう少しわかりやすく示してほしかったと思います。また、アメニティは豊富で良いのですが、ノンカフェインなのがあるのかどうかわかりやすいようににしていただければと思いました。良くも悪くも現代的なホテルという感じでした。"

"The Royal Pines in Urawa is conveniently located within walking distance of the Urawa train station, shopping mall and delectable restaurants. Staff went out of their way to help me get back to the airport or anywhere else i wanted to go. I recommend this hotel!!!!"
