Nice garden
Hotelnya sudah tua tapi tetap terawat, karyawan ramah dan cepat menolong, saya menginap di tipe suite room ruangannya besar hanya kamar mandi agak menjadi kendala karna tidak ada standing showernya mungkin untuk orang tua harus lebih hati2 karena mandi di dalam bathtub, penerangan kamar bagus tidak gelap, kamar tidur bersih, kolam renang air panas kecil jadi tdk bs menampung banyak orang, yang menarik adalah rumah kelinci atau rabbit house , anak2 senang berkunjung ke sini, hotel ini memangcocok untuk berlibur bersama keluarga.

Hotel hijau di dekat Cibodas. Dengan nuansa alam, kami sangat menikmati pengalaman menginap disini, kamar yang luas, bersih dan terawat, sarapan pagi yang bervariasi dan enak, udara yang sejuk, serta ada kebun kelinci untuk anak-anak. Hotel ini tanpa AC, jadi kalau siang hari bisa cukup panas di kamar.

THE PLACE FOR KIDS
Novus Giri cocok sekali untuk tempat liburan keluarga bersama anak-anak hingga usia pra remaja. Terutama karena ada Kid's Club dengan mainan lengkap, pingpong, fussball, lapangan tennis, basket, permainan flying fox dan kolam renang yang memadai. Anak-anak saya senang sekali disana. Kamar bersih, balkon viewnya enak, udara sangat sejuk. Dekat dengan RM Bumi Aki yang terkenal dengan makanan Sundanya. Overall, saya yakin saya akan menginap lagi disini suatu saat nanti.

hotel yang bagus untuk keluarga
Suasana hotel sangat menyenangkan dengan kerimbunan tanaman dan pohon. Kolam renang sangat sesuai untuk keluarga dengan ukuran yang cukup, dan menjadi sempurna dengan dilengkapi whirlpool untuk menghilangkan rasa dingin sehingga anak2 betah berlama2. Aktivitas fusbol dan tenis meja cukup menyenangkan dan sesuai untuk mengisi waktu remaja dan orang tua, plus lapangan basket dan futsal. Rabbit village termasuk baik dan terpelihara, perlu dipikirkan untuk melakukan perluasan rabbit village minimal 2 kali ukuran semula. Meja di lobby dengan permainan cukup menghibur. Peningkatan yang diperlukan adalah penggunaan AC yang mulai untuk dipikirkan, terutama untuk siang hari yang mungkin ada masa-masa panas (Juli/Agustus/ September). Meskipun pengalaman kami tidak menjadi kendala juga. Mungkin bisa disiapkan beberapa kamar dengan pilihan AC. Harga cukup wajar, namun akan lebih sesuai jika diberikan diskon 10-15% untuk kamar deluxe yang kami tempati. Secara umum pelayanan sangat baik dan semua staff sangat ramah dan perhatian. Menginap 1 hari terasa kurang untuk melakukan eksplorasi hotel, semoga dapat kembali lagi.

Excellent Experience at Novus Giri Resort
Overall pengalaman menginap kami di Novus Giri Resort & Spa sangat memuaskan. Mulai dari penerimaan di front office (kami mendapat upgrade dari Superior ke Deluxe room - Thank you!), kondisi hotel, kamar dan area sekitar hotel. Breakfastnya juga sudah bagus. We will surely return to Novus Giri Resort when we have a chance.

Pada awalnya saya terkejut dengan harga yang ditawarkan dari hotels.com, karena terus terang saja di Novus ini adalah harga tertinggi yang pernah saya bayar untuk sebuah kamar hotel. Namun setelah kami tiba, pelayanan yang sangat ramah dan cepat menyambut kami. Kamar cukup nyaman walaupun tanpa karpet - sehingga kami berempat rebutan sandal hotel yang hanya ada 2 pasang karena enggan menginjak lantai yang dingin. Air panas lancar. TV cukup variatif dan tampilan cukup jernih. Breakfast luar biasa. Egg corner sangat terampil dan cepat melayani tamu. Waffel yang bersaus Maple sangat lezat. Sosis sapi jadi favorit anak-anak karena rasanya enak sekali. Di gedung tempat kami menginap ada Fun Corner yang sayangnya baru buka hari Senin (padahal kami check in sejak Sabtu malam). Permainan di fun corner sangat menarik, ada Nitendo Wii, Dart game, table soccer, dll. Anak-anak senang melihat kelinci di taman, sayang kelincinya tidak dikeluarkan untuk bisa disentuh mereka. Kolam renang bersih dan menarik, menantang karena air pegunungan yang dingin sekali. Untung ada kolam kecil untuk berendam air hangat yang jadi favorit anak-anak. Hotel ini cocok untuk liburan keluarga selama beberapa hari, dengan satu hari penuh mengeksplor fasilitas hotel. Restoran di luar hotel untuk makan siang dan makan malam mudah didapat dan dekat, a.l. RM Amen, RM Bumi Aki, RM Kalimantan, RM Sate Shinta, dll. Bila harganya murah 6 digit tentunya kami akan lebih sering berlibur ke sini.

Worst hotel experience we have had in Indonesia. Bath leaked on the floor, strong smell of sewer/sewer gas in bathroom and room, dirty crib mattress and crib. Dinner in restaurant was poor - we were the only customers and had to wait nearly an hour for food. Which was cold. Egg in soup was cold and undercooked. Breakfast was also bad. 30 minute wait for coffee. Half our food never came. Definitely would not ever return here.

Hotel is great for families, and rabbit garden is very cute. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They recommended driver for trip to Safari Park, which was a real pleasure. Kindly note that some hotel rooms are located a bit far from main building. Food in restaurant is nice, and room service is great too. Only comment, since balconies are open and rooms are close to each other, it can be a bit noisy. But hotel put mini coffee maker in my room, without me asking, which was an absolute treat, so overall very happy.

لم تنظف ارضية الغرفه لاكثر من مره، ومليئة بالنمل وبعض الحشرات الطائره، المطعم محدود الخيارات، عند الدخول لم يطلب مني تامين، وبعدها منعت من الاستفاده من اي من خدمات الفندق الا بالحضور ودفع ما علي من فواتير قبل ان اتمكن من طلب اي خدمه.

No value for money
No value for money. Floor made of outdoor rough tiles with wide deep tile joints which are uncomfortable for bare feet. Rooms do not have a nice view. Rooms are not sound proof. A lot of noise from neighbours. Breakfast area has not a nice view and has country music. Really strange for Indonesia. Food is not covered and has a lot of flies flying around. We had no car and had to arrange a car from the hotel to drive us back to Bogor. They charged us 700.000 Rp which is a rip off. We do not recommend this place.

I stayed in pool suite (room 622). The pool in nice and warm but small. The room furniture need to be renewed since it looks old. No AC in the room and if you open the door insents and lizards will enter the room. There are also monkeyes. There was a lizard and a lot of ants in the room which might be expected in such a place. The room view was good. The breakfast does not have a lot of western options but the waffle and pancake were very delicious. Some lights in the garden and pool were not working even after I request to fix them. Overall the hotel is nice for families and there is a rabbits garden. The spa massage experience was bad. A lot of lizards and indents in the massage room. The hotel need to be reinovated since it looks old. No gym or indoor swimming pool. The main outside swimming pool was cold. The hotel staff were friendly and smiling all the time.

Cozy room with very nice view
I like the beautiful view in the resort, it makes me feel very relaxing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Though there is no AC, it's still cool at night. Buffet breakfast is fair. One improvement is that not many facilities inside the resort, only spa and swimming pool. I would suggest to have some ball games courts and gym room. Overall, a nice place to enjoy vacation here.

Overall nice. Lovely spa. Thin walls in room.
We stayed over night. The hotel was quite lovely. Nice grounds, very family friendly. Clean rooms, a rabbit farm for kids, nice pool area that played movies outdoors at night. Our room was nice. Claw-foot bathtub, big bed, and well decorated. The spa was lovely for a nice couples massage. Staff was super friendly and went out of there way to help us out. BUT, the walls in the room were thin and we could hear everything in the surrounding rooms. Our room was over the parking lot meaning you could hear car doors slamming, children running up and down the sidewalk, and urban techno rap music playing from a nearby room at 6AM on Sunday morning. (On weekends all of Jakarta's upper middle class are hanging out here.) I would go back again, but only on a Monday-Thursday night. It could be such a peaceful, lovely relaxing hotel if it weren't so crowded on the weekend. Weekdays only when all of Jakarta is at work. Lovely grounds and garden. Still, given the remote location, probably the best option in Puncak.
