"All the Staff was friendly and courteous. Restaurant meal options were limited but the food was great. The hotel had booked “Grad-week” so there was a lot of high school graduates at the hotel. All of them were polite and courteous but bar service was extremely slow. Took 45 minutes to get a drink from the bar-due to the amount of kids at the bar. At times they only had 1-2 bar tenders. I think the hotel could have better prepared. "

"The Atlantis is obviously well-known so we had great expectations and it did not disappoint. The property is beautiful and absolutely massive, filled with pools, aquarium tanks, restaurants and shops and, of course, the water park. "The cove is beautiful and upscale. However, our AC did not work properly the entire vacation so it did get hot in the room. Drinks were very expensive and the waiters and waitresses did not come to the beach nearly enough so you had to get up and get your own food and drinks a lot of the time."
