"สภาพห้องค่อนข้างทรุดโทรม สีผ้าห่ม มีคราบ มีเส้นผม(ของผู้หญิง) ติดอยูบนที่นอนหลายเส้น ผนัง โต๊ะ มีคราบแปลกๆ มีมดไต่หลายจุดในห้อง แอร์เย็นช้านิดนึง แต่ก็เย็นดี โดยรวมก็ดีพอใช้ ห้องที่ได้ทรุดโทรมไปหน่อย"

"Awesome hotel and fantastic staff , food good in restaurant, had lunch and dinner there , room very modern and clean, excellent air con, unbelievably comfortable bed , nice breakfast in morning, 5 stars from me , would definitely recommend and stay there again "

"Best hotel in NP even though it’s not the newest one. Bathrooms have been upgraded with nice larg3 walk-in showers. One word of caution though: the shower floors are very slippery when wet and require guests to be very careful to not fall. Breakfast is fine, but could be improved by adding more variety of fruit, e.g. pineapple."

"We stayed 3 nights and there was zero hot water and the office girls didn’t seem to care.No effort was made to repair the system.The water was very cold.We ended up getting a room in town so we could have hot showers."

"Yeah, you have a beautiful view onto the Mekhong River and the Laos mountains, but it’s difficult to believe that this hotel is only 5 years old. Its design and choice of building materials make it look more like vintage 1970’s to 1990’s, and it’s condition (especially bathrooms) is already bad. The worst, however, are the mattresses. It might be equally comfortable to sleep on the floor as on the “hard-like-a-brick” bed. Would definitely not stay here again if/when coming to Nakhon Phanom again...
