"Staff were excellent. My daughter has food poisoning outside of the hotel. I had to stay an extra night, which I booked through Expedia. The staff were helpful to make sure my daughter recovered quickly and she was not disturbed. Lots of sleep. "

"Stayed for five nights during our honeymoon. Although this hotel is Frankton, we found it to be a great spot in between town and the airport, which a bus stop right outside. Room was spacious and clean, with all amenities. Staff were helpful on check-in and with any questions we had. Surprise delight was the Grazie restaurant in the hotel - some of the best lamb I’ve ever had! "

"Property is situated 10 minutes walk from town center. It is quiet and beautiful. The staff in reception nice and accommodating, especially Ku. The only challenge I had was the room doors slam and creak. Walls are thin. It would do them well to space guests further apart when possible to avoid noise issues. Otherwise nice stay. Good cafe nearby with trail up the gondola mountain!"
