"We enjoyed the hotel and it was clean, our room had a rooftop patio with view and many amenities. The location was good for our conference but we had to Uber or walk quite a bit to see things. The food in the area was so-so and we experienced several instances of unfriendly service in Sevilla itself. We recognize this is a mostly Spanish speaking city, however, the attitude towards the effort to speak Spanish was not recognized and shop keepers and restaurants not in the immediate tourist area...

"We had a great stay at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond offering 5 star customer service. The food was incredible for breakfast buffet and dinner in the main restaurant. "The property was excellent. My only complaintc would be the difficulty checking in. The very friendly, helpful girl at the desk was not permitted to aid with the online checkin. I was having connectivity issues with wifi on my phone, so her not being permitted to help me made it stressful. Once the checkin was complete, all was good!"
