"Nice hotel, fortunately with an adults pool as there were a lot of children. Food was good. Gym good although lacking a few machines I'm used to. Sauna area good too. There is a buggy service to get you around the resort. As previous reviewers mentioned there are just not enough of them so you find yourself hanging a round waiting a lot. And in 40+ temperatures that's not fun. It's a bit dissapointing because the management must clearly be aware of this from previous reviews."

"I recently stayed at this property with my family and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the property was very clean. "This resort is a wonderful place to getaway from the city noise it’s surrounded with mountains and the landscape is amazing, divided villas with private entrance very spacious with a balcony overlooking the mountains, food options is excellent and I liked their archery bow & arrow activity. Not much to do on the surrounding area and it is about 90 min drive from Dubai. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. Everything from A to Z has been impeccable. The villa, the food, the staff and everything one can think of. When there was a slight glitch in one of the services, the staff not only have resolved the matter promptly but exceeded expectations in terms of service recovery. Super highly recommended especially when one wants to escape the busy city. "

"Absolutely top notch. Even before we arrived Mary the concierge was in contact to offer additional assistance. Room ready on arrival, with some nice extra touches. All the staff so friendly and helpful. The food and service in the Lexington restaurant was amazing. Great pool areas which would suit either couples or families. Can’t wait to go back again soon!
