"Great location, resort has multiple pools and bars for drinks. Buffet was good, a lot options to choose. Process to make reservations for the restaurants are difficult because you have to be at their WiFi to access the application if you are not at the hotel at 5:00 you will missed. The food for the 2 restaurants close to the resort were average and attention was poor specially at the Islander. The rest of the restaurants were impossible to get reservations, they only have 5 spots for 500...

"Hotel novo, muito bem localizado, decoração incrível dos ambientes, piscina agradável, restaurante excelente, quarto amplo e confortável. Recepcionistas muito simpáticas e agradáveis. Poucas reclamações: o café servido pela manhã poderia ser mais forte (não um "chafé" - afinal estamos na Colômbia), e conter mais opções de doces. "You can’t expect too much because you’re on the island but for the value, it’s a great price. The air conditioner could not get the room cold enough and it was hot. The whole time the view is beautiful and the staff was great. It’s just an old Hotel my tile was broken in the shower and Online it shows bathtub. They don’t have bathtubs if you’re on a budget. It’s a great place to stay. "
