Meine Erfahrung in diesem Hotel war absolut fantastisch. Adel, ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels, war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gestaltet, indem er uns bei allem, was wir brauchten, unterstützt hat. Die freundliche Art und die exzellente Servicequalität von Adel verdienen besonderes Lob. Er war immer lächelnd und bereit, alle unsere Fragen zu beantworten und unsere Wünsche schnell und effizient zu erfüllen. Diese Art von Service beeinflusst den Ruf des Hotels positiv und macht uns definitiv dazu bereit, wiederzukommen. I liked how beautiful and clean it was. The staff was very helpful, they offer bus shuttles to go around the city. The breakfast was delicious and copious ! There were a lot of amenities and the parking was very specious. Would definitely recommend !

The property is solid, the breakfast was outstanding. It is a busy property so make reservations early to choose your room. We like the larger room with the balcony as it was much larger than the lower rooms. What we didn’t like were the feather pillows and ultra firm bed. Wow, I need a massage after two nights. Other than that, the property is located close to the metro and we used it every day. Saved us a ton on taxis

Todo el personal muy amable, en especial Naseer del concierge. Los del restaurante, los de limpieza y hasta el encargado del gift shop. El hotel tiene traslado al Dubai mall y a la playa. Tiene opciones para comer dentro y fuera de la propiedad. No es de lujo, pero el servicio es 5 estrella. Super recomendado.

Hotel was located near to plenty of supermarkets, food places & coffee shops that were open for 24 hours. Near the metro as well which was easy for us to get around

Elevator was slow, took forever to open which had a Total of 4 elevators in each floor. I waited for cleaner to come but I guess they show up on their schedule, but overall I like the hotel, especially their breakfast, it was so delicious!

We were on vacation for 18 nights and 17 days and also visiting family in Abu Dhabi this hotel Costumer service was so amazing and they were so friendly we all became very good friends and they treat you like king and queen from the restaurant to front desk to even the bell men I can’t wait to come back here.

Very well priced property in Al Jadaf. 10 minute walk to the metro station and 18 minutes to Dubai wharf. Nice hotel for the price, free weights, treadmill and multigym. If facing pool sometimes hear music in the evening but it’s not from the hotel.
