Staff was very friendly and was ready to answer any of my questions, room was clean only complaint i could of had was previous people left thermostat on heat at High. Other than that no complaints

Definitely would NOT stay here again. The property was pretty sketchy, the “guests” are more like residents and didn’t feel safe at all. Walls are paper thin. Trying to call the front desk for things, calls would go unanswered. Overall, extremely disappointed.

Good budget option, no complaints. Convenient location and nearby University of Oregon campus and other Eugene sights. Just needed a place to sleep and we felt safe and comfortable.
