All of the staff at Eden Rock Resort are fantastic! Such a special place. The staff was helpful at all times and always went above and beyond. Truly, they were amazing!

We loved it here. Our rooms were beautiful and we enjoyed using the pool. It was easy to catch a bus into Florence and the managers were really helpful with all of our questions. Finally, we loved the breakfast each morning, and we enjoyed a nice dinner poolside our first night.

Great clean safe accommodations with stunning views of Florence. The pool was great for the kids and the onsite restaurant and staff were amazing.

Unfortunately it is very difficult to find the property, we spent 90 minutes driving around. When we finally got there we encountered zero empathy for the pain to reach them, the room didn't have the specifications required (separate beds) and we didn't feel welcomed. We decided not to stay and left.

Lovely place to stay near Florence
Very nice place. Booked because of the positive reviews and the place did not disappoint! Lovely setting on the hillside, build mostly in natural stone. Nice setting by the pool for breakfast / restaurant. Spacious room (suite) with great views. Very friendly staff and atmosphere! Would certainly come again!

We loved everything about our stay. Our only regret is we wished we were able to stay longer. Beautiful hotel, very professional and accommodating staff. Amazing views of Florence from the rooms. The restaurant is fantastic!

AMAZING!!! 5 Stars!!!!!
This was the most amazing experience!! From the moment we arrived in the evening and we met Irene our host to the very end. The property is simply a dream. From the view at the top of the mountainside, from your room, by the pool. If you are looking for an intimate hotel setting with personalized service where you can relax and feel at home on vacation. This is the place for you. The staff is truly amazing. They can’t do enough for you. The breakfast is so good, the young woman making the breakfast is so sweet. She does everything to make your morning delightful. My husband and I are already planning our trip back to the Eden Rock Resoer!

Wunderschöne Anlage, kleingehalten und dadurch sehr erholsam und ruhig, uns hat genau das so sehr gefallen. Kleine Kritik die fehlenden Sonnenschirme am Pool. Die Aussicht auf das Tal und die Stadt Florez ist wunderschön. Hotel etwas ab vom Touristenstrom, Mietwagen empfehlenswert so sind auch Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Frühstück etwas kleiner aber hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Nachtessen sehr lecker und empfehlenswert. Kleine Kritik: schade war die Speisekarte die ganze Woche dieselbe...ein Tagesmenue oder ähnlich wäre ganz toll. Die Hoteleigene Garage ist toll und praktisch, die separate Gebühr könnte man aber in den Unterkunftspreis integrieren.

The moment we entered the garage and was met by an employee we knew this hotel was going to be excellent. We were shown around the hotel by the employee and she booked us in no trouble. We got to our room and was advised we could use a Samsung smart phone to use as a guide around Florence and provide information on the hotel. Amazing service. The junior suite was gorgeous. It had its own coffee machine in the kitchenette. The lounge/dining area was spacious with a leather sofa and dining table. A DVD player and sky TV. The bathroom was spacious as was the bedroom. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and it was excellent and good value for money. I would certainly come here again and highly recommend.

Highly recommended!
The resort is in a wonderful location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything about the stay was perfect. We only stayed one night, I wish We would of stayed here during the first half of our trip vs in central Florence. I can’t recommend this resort enough. P.S. - They had the most comfortable beds we slept in during our 8 day stay in Italy.

Un hébergement de qualité situé à l'extérieur de Florence, mais tellement proche du centre ville avec le bus (10 minutes seulement). L'Eden Rock Resort et le lieu idéal pour décompresser et se ressourcer. Le personnel, particulièrement compétent, est d'une grande discrétion et très efficace. L'attention du personnel répond toujours aux demandes des clients. Je recommanderais immanquablement l'Eden Rock Resort à mon entourage lors d'un séjour à Florence. J'ai vraiment quitté l'établissement à regrets mais je me suis promis d'y retourner.

We were a family of 4 and stayed at this wonderful hotel for 3 nights! We travel often as a family and for business (traveled to Italy about 20 previous times) and this hotel stands out as one of the most comfortable, well appointed, and well situated for easy access to the the center of Florence. But the most wonderful part of our stay was the staff!! Walter, Daniele and the wait staff in the breakfast room and restaurant were simply the nicest, most helpful, accommodating and appreciative staff we have ever met!! We were given great tips for seeing the sights that we were never made aware of the three previous times we have traveled to Florence, as well as rides to the bus daily!! This is a must stay!! We will return undoubtedly!

Ein Hotel mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Ab den ersten Moment kommt man mit einem Personal in Kontakt, dasssowas von zuvorkommend, freundlich und nett ist. Ein außergewöhnlicher Platz undnur10 min. mit dem Auto bis ins Zentrum. Wunderbares essen. Saubere Zimmer. Von Bett aus haben wir ganz Florenz überblickt. Wenn man mit dem Bus fahren will, wird man Zur Bushaltestelle gefahren. Zurück ist die Haltestelle direkt bei der Anlage. Frühstück und Abendessen direkt am Pool. Abends wunderbar beleuchtet und wie gesagt, immer ein freundliches Personal. Ein Weinkeller, ein Weinkenner und eine gute Köchin. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. So gut geführtes Haus hat man selten. Gratulation an den Besitzer.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questo albergo sulle colline toscane proprio sopra Firenze con la mia ragazza ed il mio cane scegliendo la suite panoramica, la stanza è ampia(oltre 50 metri quadrati) e ben suddivisa tra la parte notte e la parte giorno, il panorama che si gode dal balconcino(abbastanza piccolo) sulle colline circostanti e sulla città di Firenze è davvero molto suggestivo (se si vuole però un balcone molto grande è necessario prenotare la suite imperial). Il servizio dell'albergo è buono, la ragazza che gestisce la reception è precisa e puntuale e anche nelle altre aree comuni le attenzioni al cliente non mancano L'hotel non applica un sovrapprezzo per la presenza di animali Piccole note negative sono: 1)la difficoltà nel fare il check-in una volta arrivati(si arriva in una stradina in salita e molto stretta dove non vi è nessuna indicazione su dove sia l'entrata) 2)il costo del parcheggio di 15€ a notte (che non viene specificato dalla reception), purtroppo è impossibile non usufruire del parcheggio vista l'ubicazione dell'albergo 3) l'hotel non da la possibilità ai clienti di hotels di riscattare e usufruire della notte premio accumulata con il programma di fedeltà Hotels Rewards

Resort rooms have a beautiful outlook over the Tuscany countryside and view of Florence, including the famous dome. We received a free upgrade, and the staff graciously drove us to a nearby bus stop after our checkout. Amazing beds and delicious breakfast!

Just an WONDERFUL PLACE and the staff was INCREDIBLE especially Danielle - Walter and Dario they were exceptional and went above and beyond our expectations - we loved the spacious room - the pool and the location - just a 1.5 Euro bus ticket into town - WE WILL be back and already miss being there!

The best meet and greet we have ever arrived to.
Upon arriving at Eden Rock, at approximately 9:30pm, we were greeted at the parking garage. The bags were immediately taken to our room while we checked in. The kitchen was closing at 10pm and they ensured that we had dinner available no matter the time. The staff treated up like royalty from the time we arrived until we checked out. I would highly recommend this hotel. The view, the accommodations and especially the staff will make you glad you chose Eden Rock Resort.

Amazing. If you're going to Florence, stay here!
This was by far our favourite hotel to date. We loved our stay here and the food and service were outstanding. If we ever take another trip to Florence, we will without a doubt be booking here. Firstly we were upgraded from a junior suite to a deluxe suite upon arrival. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had spectacular views. I got the impression though that no room/suite would disappoint! The staff were extremely helpful and nothing seemed to be too much. The staff are on hand to give lifts to the bus stop at the drop of a hat. Make sure you take them up on the offer as the roads are treacherous to walk down (it's about 800m to the bus stop into Florence but the bus back stops right outside the hotel). We had our first evening meal at the hotel and were so impressed with the food and the service that we had our second and last evening meal here too. I highly recommend the selection of Tuscan meats platter as a starter to share. They also bring you a basket of fresh breads along with a local delicacy as an appetiser for free, the first night this was soaked breadcrumbs with vegetables and the second night was a garlic and parsley butter bread bites. The service was attentive and the staff shared details of the local delicacies etc. The pool is small but plenty big enough for the resort as there aren't many people around during the day to use it. The backdrop is outstanding and the stone walls of the hotel/hill side are impressive.

Detta hotellet var verkligen en vacker oas precis utanför Florence. Det var super enkelt att ta sig in och tillbaka till hotellet med buss och personalen var verkligen hjälpsam, vi fick till och med skjuts till busshållsplatsen! Poolen, läget, personalen, drinkarna, maten, allt var toppen och vi kommer garanterat bo här igen om vi har vägarna förbi Florence! :)

It was a wonderful trip overall. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family of 4 adults. The view from room and resort is outstanding! Breakfast very good.

היה מדהים!! הגענו ב10 וחצי בלילה מותשים מפאריז אחרי שביטלו לנו טיסה ובזבזנו יום שלם על רכבות ואוטובוסים. קיבלנו קבלת פנים מדהימה!! היו כל כך נחמדים אלינו שאפילו הוציאו לנו אוכל מהמטבח, למרות שהוא היה סגור וגם הביאו לנו אותו לחדר. ללא ספק נחזור לשם בהקדם ליותר לילות. הנוף מדהים וגם הבריכה והחדר. ממליצה בחום

I arrived the first night, and the TV doesn't work, I pay over $400 a night and can't even watch TV, then take a shower, the handle falls on my foot, and the bidet was leaking water. If the hotel understands service, they would of at least came up to room to try to fix it, it wasn't fixed till the following afternoon. If you are a hotel and your client TV is not working and they are paying $400 a night, let me give you a hint, get them another TV or another room. This is not good service that I had to wait till following evening for my issues to be fixed, and the hotel could of also at least compensate something because of the issues, absolutely nothing! Sad Service

Nice hotel but out of town
Nice room, spacious but considering it was a suite no balcony. Shower was poor. Staff very friendly and helpful but were over whelmed in the restaurant. After waiting over 100 mins for dinner gave up and went to bed.
