In una delle città italiane più belle del mondo...
Il soggiorno in una città turistica come Firenze è stato buono, senza grandi pretese abbiamo pernottato per due notti in una delle piazze più belle della città. Che dire..... poca spesa tanta resa, anche perché la stagione permette di avere dei modici.

Pesadelo em Florença
Simplesmente furtaram minha carteira dentro do quarto deste hotel, e levaram 500 euros e todos meus documentos, incluindo Passaporte. O hotel não deu a mínima atenção ao caso. Fiz boletim de ocorrência e tive que ir a Roma fazer novo passaporte para pode seguir viagem. Foi terrível!

Bright, central location
Check-in was fantastic: fast and helpful Bright, clean hotel in a superb central location. Good continental breakfast. Only downside: tiny bathroom with a light which didn't work

Nice but noisy
Hotel is very well located, closed to most tourist sites, the room was clean and comfy, the only problem was the noise, because of the acoustics of the room we could hear a lot of noise from other rooms, especially footsteps, things dropping on the floor and children’s cry, fortunately later in the night the noise gave us a break and we could sleep well.

Albergo modesto ma pulito. Il punto di forza è la posizione ideale per girare a piedi la città poiché si trova tra il Duomo e piazza della signoria a due passi da ponte vecchio

You must remember the building is old and city laws determine the renovations, etc. We were upgraded to a room with a view but the bathroom is an add on and the shower was a head on the wall between the sink and the toilet

This was a nice location. It is centrally locates and made getting around easy. The water pressure in the shower was less than a dribble.

Great value for money
Good location being in the center of Florence, shopping Centers, restaurants. Easy to get rides and accessible via train, bus & taxis. Clean rooms & befdings, available basic amenities like wifi, TV, etc. friendly staff, and great breakfast.

Ok. But not 3 stars
Overall not a bad hotel. But it’s was very old and not in a great condition. I am surprised that it is a 3 Star place. I feel it should be more like a 1 Star hotel

Location was brilliant. The hotel itself was below average. We are sure that the beds had bed bugs as we were itching and were bitten every day. Breakfast was ok but the cakes were dry.

Brilliant location but this hotel is very much in need of some upkeep. The decor is old and tired and the bathrooms are an assault on the senses. Breakfast is very limited but if all you're after us a place to Kay your head this will do just fine.

Nice hotel, right on the town's main square. Our room faced the square and we enjoyed people watching and street performances from above. The bathroom is CRAMPED. It is like being in an RV bathroom. The entire room gets wet when you shower. Nice breakfast, very helpful and pleasant staff.

Very good location
Very good location since it was in the center of the old city and everything was in easy walking distance. The hotel.com ap did not hold this booking and for a second hotel we stayed at could not find it when booking reference was applied. I would not trust it in future.

이 가격대에 개별 욕실이 있고 간단한 조식이 제공된다는것에 대만족. 호텔 위치는 관광하기에 완벽하다. 리셉션데스크 직원들도 친절하고 요구사항을 잘 들어주었다. 다만 렌탈용 어댑터를 보유하고 있지 않다는것이 아쉬운 점임. 한국 숙박객은 어댑터 준비하지 않으면 낭패.

Ritorno a Firenze
Dopo anni finalmente un ritorno a Firenze. Buon albergo in centrissimo con finestra su Piazza Repubblica e vista su cupola Duomo e campanile Giotto. Buona colazione. Stanza silenziosa e capiente.

Está céntrico el hotel pero no hay nadie que te indique que debes subir al 4to piso al lobby. El elevador es muy pequeño y algo complicado con tanta puerta. El desayuno está muy bien. Las habitaciones parecen de convento, ya algo viejo y el baño es super incomodo, no hay separación de la regadera con el sanitario.
