Loved hotel, room and location. Our experience was tainted by an abrupt greeting at check in reception, felt I was chastised for our personal choice of not using our cell phones while on vacation. Receptionist initially said we had to have text msg in order to check in despite me having paper copies of Expedia booking AND email from hotel with reservation #. Eventually, we did get checked in with a few clicks on her laptop. There was no posting on regular office hours, only for Saturday and Sunday, and we waited on morning of checkout until 9am with still no one in office. Needed to inform them that there was no batteries in tv remote, very inconvenient. Would stay again if Text msg isn’t a requirement to check in, emails work.
